Cheeseman Transport located in Fort Recovery, OH is a company specializing in LTL services across the 48-

states and Canada. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Administrator person to add to our 1st Shift operations in Fort Recovery, OH.

The position duties include supporting Maintenance Managers in day-to-day tasks.

The following job duties would apply:

-    Providing Administrative Support to the Maintenance Department

-    Stock Receipts

-    Setting up new vendors

-    Warranty submission

-    Communicate with Vendors on billing and credits

-    Assist the parts department in various functions

-    Monitor preventative maintenance service due on equipment and alert drivers

-    Assist in managing the Tire program

-    Monitor equipment wash schedule

-    Other miscellaneous functions related to the maintenance department

Skills and Abilities:

- Proficient with Microsoft applications

- Strong written and oral communication, teamwork and presentation skills.

- Ability to multi-task and adapt under pressure.

-Must be flexible and adapt to a constantly changing work environment

-Detail Oriented

The ideal candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, organization skills and the

ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Previous experience in the transportation industry is a

plus but not required. Candidate should be able to complete the required training and work with minimal

supervision.
