The position duties include filing, reporting, attention to detail, data entry, answering phones, imaging, shipment tracking, follow up on shipment discrepancies, internal and external customer service, building trips for misc loads, working closely with both dispatch and the dock, and other duties as required.

Schedule - Full time working 10 hour days. First shift,  Wednesday thru Saturday.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the transportation industry with skills in written and verbal communication, intermediate computer ability, good time management and multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment, ability to follow instructions, complete the required training and work with minimal supervision.
