Dock Supervisor - 3rd Shift Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

-Skills in supervision and interpersonal communications preferred

-Decision making, problem solving and multitasking

-Supervise dock personnel on shift and effectively complete loads

-Enforce company policy

- Direct instruction and on the job training

Experience and Qualifications:

- Previous Supervisor experience a plus but not required

- Prior Forklift Experience

- Proficient with Microsoft applications

- Strong written and oral communication, teamwork and presentation skills.

- Ability to multi-task and adapt under pressure.

-Must be flexible and adapt to a constantly changing work environment

-Detail Oriented

-Truckmate knowledge a plus but no required.
